Dear Customer

We would like to inform that you could now print or save a copy of the COA’s from our internet web site for any product delivered to you.  

In order to do so just follow this simple step procedure:

1. Please enter the COA tab, register to create a user name & password, and login.
2. Enter the Lot No., and our Cat. No. as specified on the product package (if the Cat. No. is copied from the order confirmation or delivery note, do not type the first two zero’s).
3. Print/Save the PDF/COA. (COA's are available since manufacturing date 12.2008).

Note for our custom-made products customers:

In order to protect the information of custom-made products, the above registration allows access only to Bio-Lab catalogue products COA’s. To enable your login information specifically viewing your custom-made COA’s, please send us an email after registration to info@BioLab-chemicals.com indicating your name and position in your company and your customer ID at Bio-Lab, and we will authorize your login information to also view your custom-made COA’s.

Despite all this, you are most welcome to continue asking us for the COA’s by mail at info@BioLab-chemicals.com, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
