Our product line includes:                           

 BiophenolTM water saturated solutions are highly purified and stable , packed under argon in strong amber glass bottles closed by a PTFE lined cap.

The volume of the bottle is about twice the actual nominal volume delivered in order to enable extra-volume "reactor" space. The customer can then use the flask as a safe "reactor" for his purification process.

e.g.      100 ml BiophenolTM is bottled in a 250 ml flask

            250 ml BiophenolTM is bottled in a 500 ml flask etc.

BiophenolTM are also available as kits - which enable the customer, depending on the nucleic acid to separate, to choose pH conditions of his separation media and enables better shelf life’s without the need of a stabilizer.

Acrylamide 4x formulations are available, including stable ready-mix solutions for sequencing gels.
New acrylamide stable formulations containing piperazine type linkers, displaying very low back-grounds, are also available

Ready-made buffer solutions, conveniently packaged in a 1L 2.5L and 4L volumes offer high quality, concentrated buffers at various specific concentrations and pH.

GENOFECTTM Transfection reagents kits containing various dyes for monitoring and quantifying the transfection process provide a novel approach to Liposome based transfection.

GENOFECTTM classical and fluorescent Transfection kits, lyophilized to ensure stability and sterility until use.

The various fluorescent labels enable the user to monitor the interaction of the fluorescent lipoplexes with cells and the formation and properties of cationic liposomes interactions with DNA, ODN and proteins to form lipoplexes.

Intracellular processing may be quantified by using confocal or regular fluorescence microscopy and FACS .

Characteristics of lipoplexes can be followed:

o      By measuring the interaction of nucleic acids DNA or ODN with the cationic Liposome,

o      Or/and by measuring the cationic Liposome and Liposome/DNA complex stability.

o      Or/and by measuring the effect of cell growth medium on these complexes.

Efficient transfection coupled with low toxicity is possible in a wide range of cell-mice, using in vivo kits with Red, Green, pH-sensitive or UV fluoro markers. Moreover, classical transfection is of course possible. Prekits containing 3 different lipid compositions, buffer and enhancer enough to test for 3x20 transfections are offered as a orientation tool for the researchers in order to select the best kit for his routine work.
